About KELP

Our Mission

As we celebrate the faithfulness of the Lord over the past 40 years, we look forward to the next 40!

WE BELIEVE:

  • We are called to serve the Lord and our neighbors with Biblical teaching and discussion.

  • Modern media is a major contributing factor to the current loneliness epidemic. Christian media is called to bring people together.

  • Our cities and our region are not here by mistake. God has a plan both for each individual in our region and for the Church as a whole here in the borderland.

  • God has a plan for reaching each person in our region who does not yet know Him. We want to be a part of that plan through engaging and edifying Biblical teaching and discussion.

Thank you for your continued prayers and support as we broadcast the Good News to El Paso and southern New Mexico!

Our Statement of Faith

We ascribe to the National Religious Broadcasters’ Statement of Faith:

1. We believe the Bible to be inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

2. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His personal return in power and glory.

3. We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential, and is administered solely by the grace of God through our faith in Jesus Christ.

4. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

5. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

6. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

7. We believe the following about marriage and human sexuality: (continue reading)
