It was just a little over 40 years ago that Arnie and Pam McClatchey founded KELP Radio, a station committed to serving the Borderland through Biblical teaching. Today, Pam McClatchey leads us in prayer.

This week of (915) PRAY is going to be unique! The management of KELP Christian Radio was transferred last week. KELP celebrated 40 years of ministry this last February. As we look ahead to this new season we thought it would be fitting to ask you, our listeners, to pray for us as we embark on the next 40 years together.

Mark Vieth will be leading our prayer today. Mark is a precious brother in Christ. He is a regular listener who also volunteers to keep our station grounds pristine. On top of that, he keeps an eye on some of our equipment out in the desert. We thank Mark for all of his service and are thrilled that he is leading us in prayer today.

Our Fourth of July prayer for America will be led by Army Chaplain Ryan Johnson. Please listen and join in prayer for our great nation.

Steve Kovach is not just our host for Prayer & Answers on Saturdays. He's not just a professor at Howard Payne University, and he's not just an ordained minister. He was also a district attorney for many years in New Mexico! Steve will lead our prayer for our justice system today.

Tony Bedoya works in our local justice system and today he leads us in prayer.

Today during (915) PRAY, Jason Villanueva of Grace Chapel shares how God used a bicycle to build relationship during their Vacation Bible School. He then will lead us in prayer for the follow-up after each Vacation Bible School in our community.

Vista Hills Church doesn't do a one-week Vacation Bible School. Instead, they run a summer-long children's camp (!!!).

Esther Rutkowski serves in that camp and today she leads prayer for the VBS's happening around our community this week.

Cheryl Reed is leading the Del Sol Church Vacation Bible School and today she leads us in prayer for all of the VBS's happening across the Borderland.

Megan Sheehan is the Children Ministries Director at the Church of St. Clement and today she will lead prayer as we continue to lift up all of the Vacation Bible Schools happening in the Borderland during these weeks.

Churches all around the Borderland are hosting Vacation Bible Schools during this time of year. This week we will be praying for those VBS's!

Viri Garzon is the Children Ministries Director at Cielo Vista Church and today she leads our prayer for the Vacation Bible Schools. Let's join with Viri in prayer!

Jason Villanueva of Grace Chapel will share how 8 teenagers unexpectedly showed up at their Vacation Bible School. He will then lead us in prayer for these 8 teenagers. Isn't it great that we can join together as the Church and pray for 8 at-risk young people who need the Lord in our community?

Albert Martinez is a middle and high school substitute teacher in El Paso and today he leads our time of prayer for the unchurched youth in our community.

Christina Nunez is a counselor at Clark Middle School. Today she leads prayer for unchurched youth in our community.

Joe Vega is a former law enforcement officer who now teaches in a local public school. Today, Joe shares on (915) PRAY why he became a teacher and then lead our prayer for unchurched youth.

This week our prayer focus is for the unchurched youth here in the Borderland.

Sarah Garcia leads a club at Austin High School and today she leads prayer on (915) PRAY.
